This is a good idea. I think I'll do something like this too, as it's been driving me crazy to have to open up references constantly when I could have everyone together in a few pictures. One thing I want to say about yours though, is that the poses look good and show body language, but if in the future you want some visual height comparison for your OCs, more active poses will get in the way of that.
