She’s a busy gal, but she loves her friends more than anything (we’ll, except for maybe dogs). Speaking of dogs, that’s why she snaps her fingers: at the kennel she works at she snaps them to get the attention of the dogs, and it’s translated over to how she interacts with humans too.
