Hmm, I'm not exactly sure if I would feel that comfortable with one of my characters being used in someone else's story if they don't own them, even with credit. Unless, you offer for the character and I give them to you, or I help write the story, then I might consider it! You can pm me with more information and details if you'd like, it's still not a definite "no" yet. ^^
