I don’t a super specific theme per se, but maybe these kinds of details? very loose concepts:

ram horns!! I love ram horns ahhaa
black and white / grayscale, pops of one (bright) hue (gold or blue preferred, but red, yellow, or green would work), but just for accents?
irises are light gray
chains somewhere, can be like jewelry and/or actual prison chains if you like (around the ankle or wrist?)
either white or black hair or maybe both I don’t know
sweater vibes?? + optional jacket? idk. ideas x / x / x ?
any accessories!! :D maybe an optional face mask? 😷
how about you? you can give a list of loose bits kinda like I did or you can give a theme! :D that being said, if something doesn’t work, you don’t have to include it—it’s just my thought process ^^

no, no, you’re good! by pastel colors I meant like muted tones that aren’t too vibrant so any color that is less vibrant works for me! :D
