Humanoid form is also known as their Butterfly forms, (The middle image is a quick sketch from the guide showing the three forms a Babbel can take, Main, Book and Butterfly/Humanoid) they can actually put their magic to use offensively in this form but they also consider the humanoid form ugly surprisingly.
