He does have stuff up his sleeve...he can tell you how to pick any lock and bypass any standard security system. Also how to be your own lawyer and how to survive being homelss.
uM as for cyborg parts, only his arm, but if you want to draw it he has (or had) a metal skin graft on the back of his neck
