oh yeah i don't have that on mine D: maybe try clicking ctrl + n and see if that works? you can also try hovering your mouse at the very top of your screen and see if a "file" tab pops up :0

you can do that in brush control! https://i.ibb.co/7tXFdqN/j.png (the top part controls brush size and the thing below that controls opacity) if you don't see the brush control panel, you can click the "window" tab and select "brush control"! or any other settings you'd like to add and experiment with. and you're not bothering me dw, i'm happy to help :D
