ah in terms of art tips, it really depends on you tbh!!! it depends on what you're going for-- in terms of specific style i mean! in terms of general tips, try out a lot of different art programs and tools! i feel that every program has a different FEEL to it and that by going nuts with lots of different tools and going outside of the box, you can find a lot of cool methods for doing things. additionally , some other random stuff:

- try not to use the airbrush too heavily for shading!

- if you shade with a multiply layer, dont shade with black or just plain grey; make it like a light purple or something colored

- name your layers! i always forget to do this but i wish i did because i can tell you its useful

- dont shade with a darker version of the same color-- try shading with a different color ! lighter oranges can work well on bright yellows, lighter navy/purples can work on bright blues, dark cyan can work well on bright green, etc etc
