The best way to get a cham is to keep an eye out for opportunities in the community!  Specifically the DA page and the Discord chat.  Raffles for first time owners are common, and chimereons can go up for sale through trade ads or through Guest Auctions.  The latter can be quite pricey unfortunately, but the community does have options to obtain chimereons for free via raffles and contests.    Best of luck!!
