If the file isn't from youtube thought... well you can try to shorten the file... but I don't have other hosting website to offer yet sadly ;-;
It seems that vocaroo keep the file for longer than I expected tho ? The one I used for the comment tutorial is still up after 1y ! :0 maybe as long as it's 'activated' regularly they keep it up I do not know.
(please download the file and re-upload it yourself on your server thought, don't use this link directly, in case I delete the file from my own server and stuff you know ;v;)

Umh so sadly the trick I wanted to use doesn't seem to work for this specific video...
