Custom work as it letting a person decide on what they want to have create as a new character. Like say I give the details asking to have a design made. Like wanting a lovecore theme vampire as an example. The artist would create the new character ( Sometimes show wips before proceeding to lineart ) and give it to the person ( For payment or trade of course. I don't see these as free xD ).
