Staff Rankings
Designers: Any designers working at Vari-A have complete freedom with what sort of clothes they create. What models wear them typically depends on their specialty, but it is not uncommon for a design to be created in several colors or styles and used in a group shoot. Designers who consistently produce new, interesting designs that show time and effort are given higher privileges. This includes how well the ads and magazines featuring their work sells.
Photographers: Photography is naturally a large part of Vari-A, with the bi-monthly magazine and frequent advertisement work. Photographers are given privileledge and recognition based off of how well their work sells and how much time they put in at the company.
General Staff: Staff with no specific job are judged purely on their time and effort.
