Vari-A (formerly Variation) was established as a cosplay and alternative clothing creator, which later created its own modeling company and rebranded as Vari-A. It is neither famous nor obscure, well known in certain circles as the place to go for any type of fashion outside the norm. Most of its attention (both good and bad) comes from the fact that it has models of every sexuality and all  identities, who don’t even try to conform to any kind of gender or societal roles.

For those who are more aware of the goings on in the world not usually spoken about, Vari-A is also the best place for anyone of supernatural origin to work, as they are completely accommodating to each employee’s needs and preferences regardless of whether they are human or not. As a result, most of the top models originate from some magical race or another, as do many other who work there both full and part time.
