I read your “Mahjong”, it was very well described and it made me sad. Not that it stopped me from reading it, but it was relateable in some aspects. Really think it captured the afterthoughts that many from broken homes or single parent homes can have at one point or another, even as adults. I don't know if that was the intention of course, but I enjoyed reading it and was moved.
Oh if I have to ask a question, it would be what inspired you to write it? Beside of course Asrael.
pandaAWAKE that was sort of the intention yeah and I'm glad it showed :,) I'm thinking back on it and i think my inspiration at that time was an acquaintance I had that mentioned a bit about their experiences with a parent that wasn't present throughout their childhood trying to constantly renter their life at random periods and the feelings you sort of have when faces with whether or not to let them. The stories are def different but it's what got me thinking during then. That and I was playing a lot of mahjong at that time so i thought it'd also be fun to incorporate a bit of the stuff I'm up to into my writing ! Again I'm super glad you liked it and took the time to check out my stuff :-D
forgot to mention I have a full-length novella up & posted if anyone is interested! wrote it maybe a year or two ago :)

anyways been working on a short story for two new characters + one for WeiMing, hopefully will be able to upload it next week !
