I'd recommend the Wonderland animation meme, there's a lot of looping bits so you wouldn't have to draw as much ^^
Hi! I’m still learning how to animate, and I’ve been desperately wanting to create and animation meme but I don’t know which meme to choose. I need something that is easy to animate and something that should be fairly easy to finish but not tooooo easy (So that I may actually learn something lol)

Not really an animation meme per se but was super popular for animators to remake with their own OCs or other popular characters back in the day is Fukkireta! I also remember that this AMV of Rolling Girl was everywhere too and might be good to tackle if you wanna try something a bit more complex.
