I don't think you should complain about your own designs, because even though you think you're bad at it doesn't mean you shouldn't be proud of your own work. It's your designs. It's your work. You shouldn't say something like you don't like your designing skills. For me, I'm not the best at character designs, but I am still proud of what I've created.

Anyway, after seeing your designs, I felt like writing a critique to it. I would probably sound too harsh, but this is 100% my opinion, so my apologies if I come off like that.

So, first of all, from what I've seen from your designs, most of them look pretty bland to me, and the majority of them don't really stand out tbh? Second, the colors you used for your designs tend to clash with the other colors, and usually don't contrast at all. And lastly, I feel like that they all don't really appeal to the audience, since there are people who preferably seek for designs that appeal to them.

BUT... On the bright side, they're really cute! The eyes for some of them are pretty neat, and gives off some sort of a kawaii vibe to them.

So, my advice. I suggest you improve your designing skills overtime, and I would recommend you add effort to them. Also, Quality > Quantity. It's difficult to judge quality, but the best thing to do is to create a design with decent effort to it. I could be wrong, but yeah, that's the best I can offer.

Making a good design is hard, but I wish you the best of luck.

i don't think you're bad per se - you've definitely got the creative mindset for these sorts of things!
i do think it more has to do with the art involved. most people tend to be very picky about art, whether they're consciously aware of it or not, and will tend to shy away from stuff that looks like it came from a beginner. theres nothing wrong with beginner level art! youre learning still! people just tend to be biased towards those that have been at it for a while :c
i can definitely see a lot of potential in you! so please dont get discouraged! hell, i can always toss my old dA at you for reference.
i will note though that jumping into a competitive market right away can be discouraging, and can lead you to set yourself up for failure because you're not meeting your own expectations. i've done this before, so please dont worry!
just keep at your drawing and designing! even if you can't sell adopts right away, i'm sure people would be happy to receive stuff like that as freebies! c:
and as always, make sure you keep practicing! do some studies, look at tutorials! just engage and learn in a way thats fun for you!
