I wasn't sure about making this public but my friends kind of pushed me to, I know this probably isn't the response that most of the users with concerns are wanting but I hope it'll at least calm the nerves of people like me who are starting to get paranoid or worried about the stability of the site.
Despite this I would still suggest that if you haven't already, backup your work elsewhere! Never have your stuff only on one site/place.

From what I understand, the LULU account is the mods personal account while the admin account is the one actually used for tickets and things

insomnimac pretty sure toyhouse still has to follow both Australian and United States law considering this part in the site's terms of service:
"We will not release your personal information under any circumstances short of as a requirement by the laws of Australia or the United States."
tho I can't confirm about where the servers are held so I can't guarantee what exact laws Sudo (lulu) follows, but I would assume it to be both considering this sentence in tos
oh and as a note, Sudo is the lulu account, but they prefer to be called Sudo /lh
