tbh I didn't really get it when I first heard of it, but nowadays I'm kinda in the same boat of being a selfshipper in all but name LOL. I kinda secretly began to embrace it after making like 3 different ocs inspired off of the character in question/obsessing over them for months. It is very awesome I think.
