As someone with a huge interest in entomology (and a desire to pursue it as a career), I often find myself thinking about bugs a lot...
Lately I've been thinking a lot about weevils! They're cute lil' guys with long heads, and they're a very diverse family too.
Anyways...I've come over here to the forums to ask if anybody's got any neat bugs they like and wanna share! I just love how diverse these animals are...
(If you're the type of person to go "EW I HATE ALL BUGS I HOPE THEY DIE" then....please just don't bother ;v; This is a Cool Bug Appreciation Thread! Same can be said for those afraid of bugs! I advise not looking at this thread as what you might see might make you uncomfortable.)

my bug game is not as strong as i wish it was honestly!! but some buggies i enjoy are like, every type of prey mantis and moth but also the follwing bug friends:
Rhino beetles are just so damn cute and so are all their friends like stagbeetles and such
the david bowie spider because whats not to love about that DGFG
Leaf insects are so dang cute too!!!
ok they probably don't count bc they're arachnids but like... peacock spiders (or just jumping spiders in general) like... look at their cute faces ;w;
Since this is a good bug thread can I share my bug plushies? Found on Amazon (I know the beetles are A-Show, but the roach I don't know.) It's not every day you can cuddle bugs.
