Like, I won't deny that I enjoy ships but then when fandoms put their life and blood over ships, it went to the point where it's gotten quite annoying to see any official contents with any form of (either verbal or physical) interactions without everyone making it a romantic thing adjhhjadg (or when you're the outlier that never care for ships)
Discussions about "character development" in general feels underrated to me? It can depend on the fandom but man I'm the party pooper who don't like "one dimensionalized" jokes on complex characters with a great character development/writing
And to fit the topic: platonic ships are good. Liking a ship platonic doesn't mean you like them less than romantic ships, but it's always perceived as that-
