I've always liked the idea of a meta chatroom-esc rp and wanted to see if others would be interesting in the Idea I had!
Premise:
Welcome to Legends of Amberwood Island
This chat room is for citizens of Amberwood, a large island where strange and unusual things are the norm. The elders of the island like to right off it's mysterious as nothing but fun stories but the youth begin to wonder why their home seems so much different than the rest of the world. Heavy Mists that seem everlasting only in one part of the forest, Strange visitors that seem otherworldly, and lets not forget about the abandoned Hotel in the mountains that bursts with life during the darkest of nights. These are only some of the strange things going on on Amberwood and there are some people who want to solve it's mysterious.
So the idea is that citizens would talk about rumors and theorize about them together and sometimes even plan meetups to investigate the many legends that show up. Id probaly also make a small forum for the server to use for the RL meetups and where I could post more in-dept knowledge of current legends and events that might be going on. I was also thinking of letting characters that interacted enough with the mysterious forces of Amberwood develop types of physic powers to combat any malicious things they might come up against. However, this would need to be earned. The more you develop your character the more interesting or powerful they could be.
This is just in the idea stage RN but id love if others where interested! Im open to suggestions too!
