He went back to his ancient kingdom and used magic to create a pocket dimension for it so his particular version of ancient Egypt exists externally.
Baby Bonnie Hood - Human - Available
One of the earliest employed Darkhunters, Bulleta kills darkstalkers for profit and enjoyment. Even monsters are afraid of her and doubt she has a soul. Jedah found her power to be on par with other darkstalkers. She is merciless, and after the Majigen incident she started her own bounty hunting business. Bulleta takes on the appearance of a charming young woman in order to fool her prey and rivals, when in reality her heart is more monstrous than the demons she hunts.
Bishamon - Cursed Samurai - Available
Hannya & Kien (armor + sword) were sealed away by Bishamon, the warrior monk who most recently wore the cursed armor. They're effectively defunct but could be retrieved.
Demitri Maximoff - Vampire - Unknown
The wiki page doesn't state anything about his ending. It's also severely non-canon because he takes over all of Makai and Morrigan turns to stone in order to escape his thrall. I'm honestly going to say that he got trapped in the Majigen after fighting Jedah, he's much better off gone regardless.
Donovan Baine - Dhampir - Unavailable
Unfortunately in his only canon ending it seems Donovan loses control of his vampiric tendencies despite his best efforts. Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection introduced the concept of Dee, Donovan after his vampire side took over. In this ending a teenage Anita meets him for battle and while the battle itself isn't shown Anita is later seen visiting a graveyard.
Felicia - Catwoman - Available
After touring with a catwoman circus and starring on stage, Felicia decided she wanted to make people happy in other ways. She opened an orphanage named Felicity House and has been working there since the incident with Jedah. As part of her traveling act, and various combo-attack cameos, Felicia is also accompanied by six other catwomen and it's confirmed that catwomen are pretty available for play in general.
Hsien-Ko - Jiang-shi - Unknown
Hsien-Ko and her sister Mei-Ling freed their mother's soul, and in doing so they were able to be reincarnated as normal human children in modern times. They were wrapped up in Jedah's Majigen and took their old forms once again thanks to their mother's spirit looking out for them but had no memory of the previous battle or their past lives. When the Majigen collapsed after Jedah was beaten, Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling returned to their lives as children. It's possible for them to get tangled up in this but there's also just as much room for a new Jiang-shi and Taoist to take the mantle.
Huitzel - Ancient Robot - Available
Ancient robots created by Pyron when he came to Earth 65 million years ago. Huitzel is one particular robot who malfunctioned and came to be the guardian of a child named Cecil. Cecil is a Mayan orphan, a normal human, As Huitzel's main ending is non-canon it's difficult to tell what becomes of them but I'm going to say they end up joining the sympathetic group lead by ANita.
Jon Talbain - Werewolf - Available
Struggling with his lycanthropy for years, Jon has tried all sorts of disciplines in an attempt to control his transformation. Only after defeating a dark vision of his werewolf form within the Majigen has he truly gained control of himself. While he has sympathies for humans he also has resentment and thinks it's impossible for humans to understand or sympathize with darkstalkers. Felicia has made it her personal mission to change his mind and he helps watch after orphans as well.
Lilith - Succubus/Incubus - Unavailable
After the Majigen incident, Morrigan absorbed Lilith back into her body and gained a significant increase in power. Lilith was originally part of Morrigan's power to begin with, separated from her when she was young then given form and sentience by Jedah within the Majigen. Lilith's only motivation in life was to rejoin with Morrigan, and she succeeded.
Lord Raptor - Zombie - Unknown
Most of Lord Raptor's most important details are from when he was alive and performed dark rituals during his concerts to consume human souls. He became the personal assassin of Emperor Ozom from Makai He tried to absorb the power of the Majigen after Jedah was defeated but it was too great and the Majigen too unstable; he exploded because of it but is clearly still 'alive' so it's unclear what happened to him afterwards.
Morrigan - Succubus - Available
She was always the destined heir of the Aensland Clan thanks to her adoptive father Belial but Morrigan never had any interest in it. After Belial's death and Morrigan's merger with Lilith she has decided to become more responsible toward her duties without being a total stick in the mud. She mainly dwells in Makai and handles demon politics but occasionally makes appearances in the human world and has no trouble speaking with Anita's sympathetic group. She is still always interested in a fight and finds them to be the best way for her to enjoy herself.
Pyron - Alien - Deceased
That bruh fuckin dead but he almost destroyed the got dam planet so that's important.
Q-Bee - Soulbee - Unknown
The queen bee of her hive, soul bees are a species native to Makai that Jedah employed during the Majigen incident. It's safe to assume that she either didn't make it out of the Majigen or returned to her hive and continued to live normally, as her ending is severely non-canon.
Rikuo - Merman - Available
After Pyron's destruction displaced his people in Brazil, Rikuo thought he was the only one of his kind left. He met another merman named Aqueria after Pyron is defeated and the two rebuild the underwater kingdom. During the Majigen incident, one of Rikuo's children is pulled in and Rikuo fights to rescue his son Alba. After the Majigen is destroyed, Rikuo finds his son and a new kingdom of deep sea mermen. They are all living safely and happily.
Sasquatch - Bigfoot - Available
A tribe of bigfoot live peacefully in the Rocky Mountains of Canada. Sasquatch is the strongest and most noble of his tribe and protected them from the threats Pyron posed. When the Majigen appeared, it sucked in several members of his tribe and Sasquatch entered in order to save them. After the Majigen was destroyed, Sasquatch discovered that his people went willingly because Jedah promised to give them lots of bananas. He and the entire bigfoot tribe are available but live largely in seclusion. They would be allied with the sympathetic faction; they're pure and very oblivious.
Victor - Frankenstein - Deceased
Created by Professor Victor von Gerdenheim in Germany, Victor was a scientific marvel and a wholesome monstrosity. He loved his only sister Emily, a prototype with a limited lifespan. After the threat of Pyron he returned to find the Professor dead, then after the Majigen incident his sister stopped working. Victor sacrificed all of the electrical energy in his body in order to revive her, and while it succeeded it caused Victor to stop working. Emily is now working to find a way to revive her brother that won't cause her to stop working, in order to stop the cycle of sacrifice, and has joined the sympathetic darkstalkers faction lead by Anita.
