Add, Drop, Change

A word game!

You take the word above you, and either ADD! DROP! or CHANGE! a letter in the word. (You do not need to say which one you do.)

Example:
Ring
Rind (CHANGE!)
Grind (ADD!)
Grid (DROP!)
Grids (ADD!)

It does not need to go in order (Change - Add - Drop - Change), you can pick which one you want to do. Also there is no rule against using words, except limit yourself to words in the English language. Also, you can only do one action per comment.
