Okay look you guys. We've been waiting for an update to the site for a long time and very obviously staff have not been able to respond to the increasing number of tickets piling onto their plates, as well as the numerous bugs waiting to be fixed.

As someone who, with a lot of other people, have purchased premium-- I'd like to know that we're actually getting somewhere with this site and that it won't just die like many other closed access sites.

Either way, I know the admins and staff have a lot of responsibilities offline, which is why I'm suggesting now more than ever that we open applications now. The longer we wait, the harder ittle be to fix all of the rapidly piling problems, tickets, and complaints.

Volunteers or otherwise, I think it'd be a good idea to have ways of paying people to work on the site. The cleaner the code is and the more people that join, the more that would have incentive to buy premium-- making it a potential profit to continue running the site in the first place. Obviously, I don't know what goes on behind the scenes- but I know that multiple people have had the mods go dark on them because of the severe lack of staff, as well as multiple reported bugs and glitches that have yet to have been fixed.

Please, staff, if you're reading this, add to your team. We need it.

ajdlkajsd im so sorry i didn't see! The only reason I revisited this thread was because I got a notif someone posted on here? wonder if the post was removed, haha. Apologies! ;v;b

believe so, yeah! it seems there's been a lot of site updates recently though, wonder if with the stability improvements we'll have a better chance of this happening?

It would be nice, granted I don’t really think they should hire anyone from here if they ever do, but there is opportunities on many sites where you pay your administrators but your moderators are volunteer-based, and can join administration ranks after so many years and experience gained, which I think would be better for anyone here (and also be at least 18 years of age, since minors legally can’t be exposed to explicit content).

As a staff member of many different sites in the past, I can understand the feeling of wanting to pay your team, but it also stunts the sites growth if there is no one to help out and support you.
