gifs wont show on folder thumbnails???

hm you should be able to use gifs. it might be because the file is too big. I haven´t tried to set gifs as folder thumbnails but I´ve done it with character avatars and character images and if the file was too big I either got an error or it was just a still image, with no movement and I assume its the same with folders. it´s best if they aren´t bigger than a few 100 kbs.  maybe that´s not the issue? but the only thing I can think of rn. maybe it solves the problem
