This is disturbing!
EDIT: this post is about 3 years old now. I've tried everything solution that I could . Thank you all who tried to help, it's been appreciated. <3 sadly there's been nothing I could do, so I'm just moving forward now and hope this does not happen again.
so I've had an issue where I wasn't on toyhouse for a few months and came back and all of my characters ( plus my front page with all my information about myself and where to find me ) were missing. It came to my attention when my friend said my characters linked to "invalid character selected". When I checked my characters tab, everything was gone. :I my guest view is off and all my characters weren't private so I'm quite lost on what has happened. Was I hacked? I did send in two tickets ( one being a month and 3 days ago and the other 18 days ago from now ) as well as an email to support but none have been answered yet.
anyone else every have this problem? I really hope I can get it fixed because I lost a few characters that have information I foolishly didn't write down anywhere else :')
Hey everyone, it's been three years now, and I've sent three tickets since then, but still no response from toyhouse. I've given up at this point, but aye. XD
