Can't upload images or create characters

I'm having a problem since yesterday where i can't upload any images at all

When i try to upload the page reloads and says "400 bad Request"

Now it started to just say that "it's not possible to access this site" whenever i try to upload a image or create a new character.

I tried sending different images to different characters but the problem is still there.

I use Opera as a browser.

my friend is having the exact same issue but one specific image does upload. no clue what's happening

Just discoreved that i can't upload anything that have a image on, if it's just ext it uploads normally, but if there's a image this error occurs

already tried cleaning cache of both my operational system and Opera but it doesn't work

used chrome on my phone and it worked fine tho
