suggestion abt mature locked accounts

so mature locked accounts can still interact with minors even tho that is kinda the entire point their locked is to keep minors out
this can be especially frustrating when they put stuff for offer and a mature locked account tries to offer
as well as minors may not be comfortable with mature locked accounts interacting with them or owning their designs ect

real. I actually had to block someone with a mature-locked account because I couldn't see what they were offering (they had a freebie thread and apparently I had to look on their profile to see but it was mature-locked -_-)
