the various pop-ups on the site (like images, upload windows, etc.) aren't showing up for me?? i've tried clearing my cookies multiple times and all browsing data, but it still hasn't been working. it's been like this only recently and i haven't had any issues with this in the past

Some (but not all) of my images of my ocs show the thumbnail, but won't show the full image. The watermarked version works, but never the unwatermarked, and it is sometimes doing it on the references of ocs!
If i try to right click it and open it in another tab, this is what it says: code "not_found" message "bucket f2-toyhou-se does not have file: images/7913685_B860t5DTJihd2mz.png" status 404
sheepuns cloudycitrus both sound like huge bugs. If you havent yet please fill out a help desk ticket, take screenshots if possible and make sure you list browser info.
Also test if your issues persist on alternate browsers too. There used to be a bug that made it impossible to create a character in chrome until you logged into a different browser (this was when logging into a different place forced you to log out)
Hi! I'm having an issue with pinging people on threads. For some reason, pings usually won't work and ends up just being @username".
(I'm pinging my side account to see if it pings it properlymaeno EDIT: hmm it worked for some reason this time)
I have silent mode turned off too. I'm not sure if this is a problem on my end or something so if anyone knows how to fix this it would be great! :'0
@nidoran I've seen a few other people on the forums experience the same issues so maybe it's a site bug? It's happened to me before but it kinda just resolved itself- but this time it's been like this for a few days now so I'm not sure if just waiting it out is the only option i have 😔
@greysdraws - that would honestly be really helpful. I'd suggest putting in a suggestion ticket or posting it in the to do list.
keito so I'm late af but I've seen posts about notifs bugs recently :/generally when a ping doesnt work it's because of typos/mistranacribed usernames but looking at the posts you and nidoran made, y'all did it correctly (capitalizations are not important for pings AFAIK). If these issue persists, help desk ticket is probably your best bet e3e
Hi! It's more of me informing but as well a question...Well, the thing is that every time I open the website from the original home (like the first page it ever send you too) it appears blank, like it shows nothing just the header of the website logo and settings? the rest is blank like that .... I don't know if its just me or something else (I tried waiting to something to happen but nothing does, it stays blank until you select you page or one of those settings)....any suggestions??
