you are now notified if someone posts a bulletin in a world, and if you subscribe to a thread in a world, you're given notifications, if that's what you mean?
you can also ping people like you can in the normal forums!
SO I know a long time ago I tried to get into several world, but could never get into them, because there was no notification set up. So I was unable to subscribe to threads and get a notification when someone might have posted, or other alerts. Now it's been a while and I want to try opening up a World, but was wondering if the notification system had been updated? If not, I would like to suggest this since I feel like Worlds is a great thing that isn't utilized because people just forget it is there due to the lack of notifications.
- A main issue there is no notification for if a person joins a world to the owner. So someone can be sitting waiting for approvals or a character to be approved and the owner wouldn't know
-Thread update notification, but this might be fixed. When i say thread notification, I mean for the user not having to go into a world to se a notification.
-Last time I checked most world notifications just notified you within the word, but not actually the user in their notification box, so it makes it easy to miss notifications.
-Also a way to change the type of notifications you want if this suggestion is implemented.
the subscribed to a thread if you're given notifications, because before you wouldn't get one on the main site, same for if someone joinned your world and was waiting for approval. There was no notification.
there's still no notification for joining worlds, unfortunately. maybe send in a ticket and ask for that functionality to be added? or wait until an admin sees this thread!
