Ko-fi or VGen for commissions?

Hiya! I've recently commissioned someone through VGen and I must say I'm impressed by the functionality of that site! I'm considering moving my commissions from Ko-fi to VGen, but wanted to see some second opinions :)

I liked Ko-fi as an all-in-one place (considering I offer memberships and have my base/code shop there - which will remain active even if I make the commission switch btw) but I really enjoyed VGen as it's easier to discover artists and commissions there. Ko-fi's commission system bothered me in the sense that payment is immediate and refunding is not possible, I like how with VGen you can look through commission requests before approving something. The whole communication between client and artist also goes extremely smoothly on VGen!

For these reasons and some more, I'm tempted to move my commissions from Ko-fi to VGen. What is your preference between the two? Do feel free to share your experiences with either or both of the platforms - whether positive or negative!
