There's no way to get them back, no, if you deleted the actual image. If you only deleted them from a character (pressed delete on the character they're assigned to in the options of the image) then the art is still in tact under the artist's art gallery tab.
I accidentally deleted 100 images from my characters gallery, is there any way I can get them back???
