hiiiii i made a new oc, ive been wanting a bright colorful yellow/blue oc for sooo long but my designs always feel wrong. this one is the closest ive ever felt satisfied, but things still feel off. is this design cute, and what can i do to improve this design? i feel like i should remove some clutter such as his freckles but im unsure. also dont know if i should keep the bolts on his back. also his ears feel wrong?? like the arrangement of colors but i cant think of a better way
