is your gif under 1mb and 200x200? usually that’s the recommended size for gifs to properly work

I drew an Animated Icon for one of my characters and I wanted to upload it but somehow it doesn't work? The file is not to big but its not animated- it just shows up like it's an png. Any Ideas how i could fix it?
