Novawko hey there! i usually advise against using any HTML live editors when editing codes because they have a bad tendency to skew what the actual product looks like. live code editors specifically for toyhou.se do not replicate the website 1 for 1, causing graphical issues. the live editors are good for simple HTML codes, but more complex templates using CSS stylesheets or flexboxes tend to have issues arise within them. that being said, i write in instructions in all of my codes explaining what each section is, what needs to be changed, and how to change said sections. i do leave out instructions for more self explanatory sections, like paragraphs or lists.
when i write all of my codes, i do so from scratch directly into toyhou.se. i would suggest copying/pasting the HTML and CSS into their appropriate sections of the character you are editing, then following the instructions within the code and edit whatever you'd like within the HTML and CSS itself.
sorry for any inconvenience but if you have any other questions or need further assistance feel free to reach out! :)
