Hi all, apologies that we have run into about 20 minutes of unscheduled downtime from 12:23~12:43.
We have received an update from our hosts that this was due to our data center losing network connectivity following a cable being damaged by local construction works.
While the cable is being restored, we are using a backup service provider, which may lead to some lag until the main service is restored. The time estimate we've been given for the fix is 5 hours.
It's possible that we may experience a short downtime once this has been completed while the service is being swapped back, but I'll be seeing if this can be avoided.

I've confirmed with our server hosts that the swap back to the main service should not require downtime.
In the meanwhile, we may experience some slowness for the next few hours until ~6AM.
I'll be monitoring in case of any further problems and will give an update once we know this has been resolved.
