Oliver has a bunch of freckles, and he actually has an explaination as to why! Every time he time travels a freckle appears somewhere on his skin, mostly on his face, arms or neck tho. So that's why he has freckles, and a lot of them in fact!
Salem does but the problem is that I didn't draw them in his pfp and i'll have to draw him with his freckles now
