I know this is a very niche concept, but I kinda wanna see all the characters here that are essentially Bill Cipher-esque, with a particular combination of villainy/chaos and style.
Extra points if your characters have a dapper style.

guys suppose to be a the boss of a level in the Abyss (or hell) but leaves others to do his job for him until he feels the need to step in and just mess with adventures who make it to the throne room.
i feel like zeta has some strong chaos vibes.
she acts cheerful and friendly but it's all fake. she's definitely the type to threaten to murder you in the worst way with a smile on her face. and she'd follow through.
also, my gal momoiro sort of fits. she's a creepy yandere who hides under a cute school girl facade. would murder you and not flinch and then adjust her hair.
and, ed3n a little. creepy robot gal who dresses in gothic fashion and manipulates everyone she talks to.
I admittedly took a lot longer than I should've with him, which is embarrassing since I'm the OP of this thread, but here's my chaotic and stylish character, Serion Auphaptres!
He's a bit of a dealmaker with a tendency to twist his words, and is outwardly nice and quite decent.

Voyd fits in well here! He entertains himself by pulling reality-bending pranks. Sometimes he goes a little bit too far, whether or not he meant to do it. He also tends to dress in a dapper manner
Devia is a horrible person, only really caring for 3 things in his life, which is himself, his pet and the person he lives with at the moment.
he is also always well dressed, even if his race makes it a bit difficult.. and the fact that he is blind even more so. he mostly defaults to lots of jewlery
Bonnie is pretty nasty (can track someone on an entire different continent, so...), but also stylish as hell.
This is Chanson. After going mad, he lures people in masses to his operas, and uses his music and magical abilities to do horrible things to people, and make people do horrible things on his behalf.
