So katia (and most of my ocs actually) originated form a fanfic for the Lionsgate kids movie alpha and omega. I have only met like two other fans of this movie that wasn't a part of my family.
The movie is a simple Romeo and Juliette story mixed with a sorta road trip movie but with wolves. As a kid it was my favorite movie so of course I had to make up a story about kate (the main character) having magic powers and it somehow divulged into creating a whole world with rules and a fleshed out governments and multiple religions. with 1000 years of history all planned out and a few 1000 years of future.
