"Yes. In around..." Parigne said before putting her finger in her mouth, take it out and raise it into the air. After a few milliseconds of silence, she says "7 seconds."
(Ha. Milo Murphy's Law reference!)
"IF YOU GO TO DOWN TO THE WOODS TODAY... IT'S BEST NOT TO GO ALONE!"
Yes, you heard me right. A Helicopter Deity.
I know I already have two interaction threads already running, but I've finally gotten around to uploading this guy onto TH and developing his profile, and I'd like to do some RPs with him!
- RULES -
As with all of the threads I post, there are some rules that must be followed in order to ensure an enjoyable roleplay experience.
- IMPORTANT NOTES -
The use of this is entirely optional! Feel free to create your own custom prompt if you'd wish to do things your way instead, or have a better starter in mind! This is just to make it easier for others to start, is all.
[YOUR OC] had somehow gotten lost in the woods. They weren't sure how they had ended up here in the first place, all of their memories from beforehand seemed hazy, yet they didn't know why. Wandering around, they observed their surroundings whilst exploring, trying to find some way out of these woods, but it seemed to go on forever. They could barely see, too, there was barely any light filtering in through the tops of the trees, concealing everything in darkness, making everything much more terrifying and unfamiliar to Y/C.
The further they went in, they suddenly began to notice symbols carved on the trees through the shade. At first, they didn't seem too abnormal, small drawings of eyes, stars, suns and other miscellaneous symbols, but as they walked, these symbols turned into what seemed to be a deer-like creature, being worshipped by other, unrecognisable creatures. A shiver went down Y/C's spine, and their heart began to race, getting the feeling they weren't alone in these woods, something had to have made those symbols.
Stopping to take a breather, placing a hand on their chest to feel their heart thudding violently against their ribs, Y/C heard what seemed to be the rustling of bushes from beside them. Pivoting around with widened eyes, they noticed something horrifying staring back at them. A creature, with bright blood red eyes that pierced through the dark like a sword, and bared teeth, fangs that looked so sharp they could sever an entire arm off. Two large golden antlers curved out from their head, and it soon dawned on Y/C that this was the creature from those carvings.
Not even bothering to look anymore at it to take in its distinguishing features, Y/C turned and began to run, fearing that this huge monster would tear them to shreds and devour them. They ran as fast as they could, not paying attention to where they were going, as they could hear the beast behind them, chasing them, to kill them, no doubt. Unfortunately for Y/C, however, they trip over an exposed tree root, and fall to the floor. They quickly turn around, shuffling away slightly as the beast towered over them now, bright red eyes staring right at Y/C's horrified face.
What does your character do now?
- MEET MY OTHER CHARACTERS! -
If this thread interested you, why don't you check out my two other active threads?
"Six kids?!" The beast suddenly echoed, shock spreading across it's face. "Jeez! I've raised one and she was hard enough work!" It, or rather, he chuckled, flattening his ears a little. "Well, now that my ruse is broken, I wasn't trying to kill you; just scare you - it's a hobby of mine." His bright red eyes faded into a much less-threatening golden. "What brings you to my forest?"
PaladinWorgen2007 (me when idk what that is 😭)
"It'd better." Paradox mumbled with narrowed eyes, staring at his frozen hand. Indeed, after about 7 seconds, the ice broke off - allowing Paradox to move his hand freely once again. He shivered. "I feel cold now." He huffed.
"Y'know, I don't know how to feel about this." Paradox grunted, still seeming suspicious. "Are you sure you're not trying to get me to, I dunno, kill myself with hypothermia or something?" He cocked his head, narrowing his eyes.
"Fine, but if one of my arms fall off and doesn't grow back, I'm blaming you." Paradox rolled his eyes as he attempted the spell again. This time, the golden coloured ice encased the entirety of his right arm.
"What the-" The creature's menacing exterior seemed to fade in a flash; bright red eyes fading into golden as he attempted to process exactly what he was seeing. A jar, full of organs, sitting in the middle of the woods. He'd seen more graphic sites, if anything, he was more confused.
"Does this... Belong to someone?" He glanced around, likely in an attempt to spot any form of 'original owner' as he stepped forwards a little to get a better look at the odd object.
"I... I guess I'll take this back? Not sure if this was meant to be a gift for me or something..." He tentatively stepped towards the jar, now seeming a bit more weirded out if anything. He wasn't sure why anybody would want to keep a jar like this, though considering the residents of his planet, it wasn't totally outlandish.
"Maybe it belongs to someone in the clan." He thought out loud, slowly reaching out to touch it - seeming rather nervous.
Paradox did jerk back a little at the sudden movement, but he quickly shook it off and continued to try pick up the jar.
