I like Tempo! Her design really caught my eye.
I see you mentioned she’s been conned before, so I assume her trust has been broken a bit.
What qualities would she look for in a person in order for them to get on her good side?

Not really? She is still pretty trusting of people? While she isn't stupid she can come off as a bit naive. It was that naiveté that got her conned into being a "Performance" fighter. As in all of her fights were pretty much rigged. From Challangers being either Poisoned, Bribed to fall or just the Challenger being far out of their league.
As for getting on her good side? Being on an Adventure and Food.
