[ Rules & Etiquette ]
This is not a place for hate or remorse, so please- be nice & caring to all.


  • Members allowed [1] Character per faction [for now] unless otherwise Grandfathered in.
  • Group side projects must be cleared with the group by admins.
  • Report problems via group notes or SloanCityHelpDesk on dA or PM Admins on Discord.
  • Only give constructive [and positive] feedback when requested.
  • Keep in mind each Faction's differences and that reworking a design may be requested.
  • Submit artwork and journals to the appropriate gallery folders.
  • Feel free to ask questions when you are unclear on a rule, event, character, etc.

TWO WARNING LIMIT

  • Begging or Complaining (features, gallery, freebies, character spot, prizes, etc)
  • Poor sportsmanship (rudeness or greediness in contests or events)
  • Extreme or overly critical commentary on art or to members.
  • Making fun of members, their art or their artistic ability.

ZERO TOLERANCE

  • Cussing (swearing, cursing, etc) at members or admins in a negative or rude manner.
  • Harassment (trolling, spamming, etc) of members or admins.
  • Theft (design, artwork, etc) in any form.

LEAVING / BEING BANNED

  • If leaving please send a Private Message telling us so.
  • You give up your character(s) slot/number placement within the group.
  • You can keep your character design outside of group relations.
  • When leaving, character number(s) go to the next member on the Wait-list within a week.
  • Admins who leave for any reason permanently give up their NGC slot (even upon return).
