- If "a user" makes a problem that included the problem that taken from my design to another user (e.g. copying the design to your selling product, or scam), It shall remain solely the responsibility of this user. And If there is the trick that included money, that user has a responsibility to pay the damages to the user who paid for it.
*I never tolerate that someone sends (aggressive) message to these users by any user from it. Please refrain from trade/gift my design or art to these users.
For First-time Blacklisted, the username remains anonymous. However, If they made another similar problem to someone continuously, Especially made threats or blackmailing in our talks/on or offsite, etc that people need to pay attention. Their username need be shown for people who want to seek to know more easily to prevent a future problem.
Please double check official PSA forum before trading/reselling and please refrain from the transaction with the suspicious user(s)

Will consider the flexible dealing by their ages If they are under the age. but regardless their ages, we would take a strict decision when users involved with, or included threats/blackmailing.
The followers (parties) of public blacklisted users who were involved/allowed threat have a possibility to forbidden from obtaining my designs and receiving any art/commissions for preventing another problem happen. Followers include all forms of social media such as Twitter, dA, toyhou.se, etc.

[Reasons why they were public] Due to has been making similar art problems to at least me also several artists for making profits.
Related to their blackmailing problem, and the behaviors that they will show off the privacies of users to justify their behaviors in on/offsite with their parties. They are being friendly and Goes to a lot of Cons for selling.
