You needs to agree both of Oto ToS (http://toyhou.se/~forums/thread/16805.-/1) and MYO ToS(here).
- User can have only 2 unused slots max in total.
- When you post your MYO, Please set transfer at myoto as Creator (Not @l-l. This account will use to collecting all MYO for confirmation)
Please follow this when you create MYO design.
⚠one myo slot for per myo design, If you have not myo slot you can not make it.
- Make your myoto design until deadline.
- You needs to send payment in advance until show me your design.
- After your payment and MYO approval has completed, your design would be approveofficialy as MYO-Chro.
- If you are under 18 years old, you can not buy MYO slot.
For prevent to make art, and payment problem that you used the wallet of your parent. - If you are under 18 years old, you can not buy but you can get MYO slot under a particular set of conditions from commissioner. But If you are placed Blacklist/PSA thread by someone on TH/DA, You may not join this event. I will check PSA thread in official forum for confirmation.
Both of users needs to Read and Agree ToS carefully before and Must be take care of it. Commissioner must be over 18 years old. and May not payment from a voucher or other account than your paypal.
The user can open design commission for myo-oto in official MYO commission thread! OR User can commission for design of your MYO to artist.
or commissioner can be purchase MYO slot to gift for this artist If they would prefer geta MYO slot instead commission price, and both of users has agreed before. Even If the artist aren't under 18 years old, it's allowed asexception only for this cases. and under 18 years artist can have only 1 unused slot in total. All commissions must be stated on MYO commission Thread: http://toyhou.se/~forums/thread/32044.myo-commission-thread/0 - - you may not refund after purchased,
- you may not edit design after approved without my direct permission.
- - you can trade your MYO Design (not MYO slot). but Please call it as MYO-chro(Myoto), not Oto(Oto) when showing.
- - for trade, You may not trade your MYO design up for design that has bought at over 200USD.
- - you may not trade the MYO slots. you can trade only your MYO design to trade. Of course, Please do not make any loophole for trade.
- - you may not resell your MYO slots and your MYO design.
- If you has violated Oto/MYO event ToS, I have a right to remove your design.
- - You may not buy and/or use a MYO slot with the intention of trading the created design, in order to circumvent the no trading rule for MYO slots.
- - There is a period of 4 weeks after a MYO has been approved during which you are not allowed to trade or gift it.If a submitted MYO design resembles an existing oto or other design too closely (intentionally or otherwise), it will be rejected/edits may be requested.
- If an approved MYO design is reported for plagiarism of a design outside of my knowledge, I have the right to revoke the design. If you behave inappropriately in your usage of my adoptables, I have the right to remove your rights to the design. The design will be locked for sale/trade, usage of the design will not be allowed, and it will be removed from the TH world. This has occurred in the past and I hope I will not encounter this problem again. Please keep this in mind.
Q. about sailor outfit, I don't have a good idea. do you have a good tip for this?
A. Classic style of Sailor collar, and Sailor scarf. would be good item for your Otos.
Q. I got a inspiration from someone's art/design, may I use that as referencing to my MYO-chro?
A. No. please Making by 100% Your Own.
Q. may I tracing design or lineart from the art or photo, or color picking from another artists art/design secretly

A. Thank you for your kindness! You can check from under the list what you can use or not use. It would be big helpful to me for can approval your design more quickly.
| For outfit, all of original outfit must be sailor themed in approval design (for alternate outfit, you can choose nice outfits whatever you wants :D) For traits, you can not use other than common trait. [Restricted parts what I can't approval] Heterochromia, or monochrome eye(s), Overly low saturation eye(s), Decorated ear(s) (e.g. Ear pad, Frill under the ears, border-like decoration arounds the ear etc), Add pattern etc to base ear(s), put the Crown, edit/rotate/deform from normal ear shapes, add decoration to speaker(s), Horn, Wing, not human-like skin color, Animal head, Oldman face (sorry for this strange rule!...oldmanoto is eternal important in otos world... :D) Colored tail(Add Gradation), Change the entire tail design from usual black tail [Restricted parts for body] Floating parts, scar, tattoo, gore or NSFW thing, I really appreciate If you will make it be simple as common MYO-design made by people. and Even If there is not listed I might to refuse some part you used If there have similar with it. |
