General Guidelines
-The Golden Rule
>>>Please treat others the way you would like to be treated. We are first and foremost a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals, we respect pronouns, we respect POC, and people of all walks of life. We will be intolerant to intolerance. If someone corrects you of their, or their characters pronouns (esp. on discord) a simple 'thanks for letting me know' or correcting yourself moving forward is needed.
-Nothing is free unless freely given
>>>Do not ask, beg or harass others for Pokémon, breeding slots, artwork, etc. unless said user is offering these things first. Please do not approach for buying or selling unless said topic is sought out in a trade post, or a trade channel. Stealing money, artwork, or scamming other members is strictly prohibited. Please buy and sell with caution.
-Use appropriate Maturity tags and Trigger warnings
>>>We are not going to police what you can and cannot draw so long as it is appropriate for TH but use the appropriate tags and warning when you do so! Sensitive topics should be handled with care, and anything rated R or above should not be submitted for anything, nor used with Leveling, Evolving or Prompts of any kind as Mods shouldn't need to see these things. When on Discord anything that is above PG13 should be in the appropriate NSFW channel. Accidents happen and you may be asked to remove the content or simply move it to the appropriate channels. Discord channels are not a place to have a debate about Maturity tags or Trigger warnings.
-We encourage you to keep the receipts
>>>Please be mindful that our Admins and Mods are only human and can easily overlook things in threads. Please keep records of Pokémon, Evolutions, and more just in case. We continue to encourage you to keep proofs of ownership with items, egg clutches, and anything you might need for any form in our game for your own safe keeping and peace of mind.
-We operate on a strike system
>>>1 Warning, 1 Temporary Ban and 1 Perma Ban. If an issue is escalated, we may use our discretion on how many strikes we will issue an individual. Warnings will reset every 90 days depending upon severity of the conflict. If you are Perma Banned, you will stay that way until the group itself closes and Temporary bans last as long as the mods and admins see fit.
-Rules will be added as needed.

Pokémon Guidelines
-Pokémon need to pass approval checks before they can be used in game
>>>In an effort to keep accidental breedings and the like from happening before Pokémon are official, all Pokémon need to go through a check of approval to make sure traits and things of that nature are correctly expressed. There is a thread on discord where you can post a design before submitting for approval if you are unsure about it being correct. Please allow mods the only say in if something is correct or not, even if it is as simple as Fawn or Albinism. This is to avoid any confusion when Pokémon are actually posted for approval. Please note: Pokémon cannot be officially accepted into the group VIA discord.
-A Pokémon's Reference and Information must be appropriately filled out before submitting into the group
>>>Reference information can be found here: [Reference Information]. This should be filled out and checked that it has been updated prior to any evols, breedings, sales, etc. in order to keep all information correct and quicken the time for approvals.
-No official Pokémon artwork may be traced or used
>>>This includes for references, artwork or anything relating to this group. All artwork and writing must be original and made by or for you. A Pokémon is a Pokémon is a Pokémon, we understand that there are only so many ways to draw a Pikachu but using a google image for your basic Pokémon is not allowed, nor is it allowed for anything pertaining to this group. Please keep all works original.
-Gender will not define a Pokémon's ability to breed with another
>>> Gender and sex and intersex Pokémon can breed freely, provided they are of the same egg group and of the appropriate level, after all, no one is really sure how these eggs got there...
-Pokémon may be sold to those outside of the group
>>>We will not prohibit who may obtain one of the Pokémon in or out of the group, but information must be updated or kept up to date if they are to be used within the group, returned to the group for any reason, or present on our discord selling and searching channels. If information and proof of approvals are lost, the Pokémon will be treated as though it is new to the group and must be brought in through approved means as a MYO or Import would.

Money Exchange
-Pokémon Bought Directly from artists go to the artists
>>>Artists may set their own prices for adopts just as anyone can when selling their own artwork, as well as prices for designing egg clutches or reference images of existing official Pokémon genes. You may not bed, harass or otherwise steal any artists artwork, and they may choose how they wish to be paid.
-Pokémon MYOs, orphan eggs or certain auctions will go to the group
>>>I will be keeping a ledger in admin channels so other admins can see our totals and exchanges for uncreated items that you yourself are responsible to create, and that money will go back towards maintenance for the group, prizes for certain contests or other expenses that may benefit the collective. Using said funds will be discussed by Admins and mods before use, Should the group be disbanded, all funds left in the ledger will be equally distributed to the mod and admin team for all of their work up to that point. These funds will be saved on a PayPal account, were only I, Sanara, will have access unless the group ownership is passed along to another, and they will then have access to said account and must change the password.
>>>All uncreated Pokémon related sales will be through PayPal with USD as of right now.
-Pokémon, MYO tickets, Orphan Eggs, etc. may only be sold for what you bought for it
>>>This price may also include the cost of designing, and the artwork you bought with $$$. If it was traded for levels, or levels were bought with whatever else, that may not be included in the final dollar price. Please understand that other users may not buy it for what you put into it and will not be harassed to do so, nor may you list it for one price and then demand higher when it is time to make the sale. However, any Pokémon bought with $$$ may be sold for whatever other currency you wish. If buying a Pokémon for an alternative currency that was once sold for dollars will not allow you to then attempt to sell for dollars.
>>>Any Pokémon given freely may only give it freely.
>>>Any artist may not take a breeding they requested or any Pokémon they obtained as uncreated and try to sell as an official no-strings adopt, or for any price they would usually attempt to sell an adopt for. Mods and Admins may also only sell for what they have spent on any given Pokémon.
