It might be those eyes but I picture him as a very quiet man, talks with body language more than his voice. Maybe he has a heart under there but it's unlikely.
I feel like Kari is quite demure and shy, but really protective. I'd say she's quite playful as well.
Omg I love her,,, I think Juniper, with her fear of ghosts and the dark, has a distinct hatred of anything occult, not on purpose, but because she doesn't understand it. Spirit boards? No way is she going withing 10 (Insert preferred unit of measurement) of it.
I also think she would struggle with letting herself go at first. After being taken from her home, especially after drawing the master sword, she found herself lost and alone. She slowly connected with others again, but still doesn't know who she is. Not exactly anyway.

gwendolyn has a really sweet vibe. i get the feeling that she is someone who is selfless to a fault, even when it comes at great sacrifice. her desire to be selfless is so great that it takes over her other desires entirely. she doesn't think nearly as much as she should about what she wants/needs because she's so focused on the desires of other people. she might have a hard time even figuring out what she actually wants because she's so concerned with everyone else getting what they want/need; her mind is clouded by her interest in helping others and in the end it makes her less effective at reaching whatever personal goals she has

Nyma is happy-go-lucky and someone to always keep a smile on her face, even when the going gets rough and the tough get going. She's confident and proud, but not arrogant in the slightest.
A motivated guy named Rhies who has won a bout of career in adventure and professional swordcraft. Hard as can be for you to see him show expressions of being aloof inclusively by anyone he finds as strange but pretty normal civilians that walk into his path.

Pyroi-Mazoi is seemingly in a constant state of apathy. Can't really physically emote much as he'd want to, but outside of his cold exterior is dedicated to their job and handles it with precision and care.
