I'm gonna have to say Hector. His default reference shows him looking absolutely pissed about even the smallest things of life, his listed personality even states that he's grumpy with a soft side as well. Not to mention he's an anthro cassowary (which are birds that can actually kill people using only their talons). His prosthetic leg also gives me vibes of a widely-dreaded pirate, furthering his fearsomeness. 

Sombra is pretty ferocious! I can see him working alongside Shadow King.

Burner bunny has a really messed upway that he kills, freaked me out as I read his bio.

Naomi is pretty much her character screams "killer". Just by looking her pic, you know you gotta run. Considering she's a "yandere" type

Adomel because I'm already unsettled by angelic/Abrahamic religion-themed characters, and the fact they have a twin but compared to them are much more destructive and less caring towards humanity. A kid with many eyes that never opens the ones actually on their head, and would shank humans? If this is biblically accurate I ain't going to heaven

Then he clearly is very muscled and strong and dressed like a warrior, skilled in fight. In short, not someone I would mess with at all!

Out of all characters of yours I find Amalia, the most fearsome. She has Yandere vibes and the more I look at her the more scary she is.

Fi fi looks very fearsome, even if she's actually a sweetheart! Its especially scary that she can be a little unpredictable at times and growls at people... its kinda cute, too :) I like how she has a diary

Definitely largely biased by the icon, but Blitz seems absolutely terrifying in a good way! That icon really drives that fearsome feeling home! There's so much power and raw emotion in that piece
