"My mother, the dreamer / She'd say, "Nothing's impossible child" is so emiko-coded. her mother had a harsh past which she pushed onto emiko lol. plus the following lyrics: "A dream needs believing / To taste like the real thing", because the thing is: emiko didn't truly want the career her grandfather tries to pressure her into, and when she fails to get into it, shes secretly relieved. so i feel this part fits.
