I don't play D&D but this sounds interesting!
Please have at least a little bit of description open to me to judge on! Feel free to use this setup in a future campaign.

Now, I wanted to go warlock for the ghost but it seems like she was falsely accused of being a witch, so I'm going to go Phantom Rogue instead!

Probably Intelligence... hard to tell seeing as you didn't list a lot of personality, more story.

Strength, most likely!

Variant Human, a lot of people forget Variant Human doesn't have to be human! I suggest for the feat Tough or Shadow Touched. Alternatively, you could do Shifter as your race.
Class
I can't find much about their fighting style and it's not saying anything about magic, so I'm going to go for the martial classes - though I did consider some kind of Paladin! Scout Rogue, probably because I can't see them being very bulky. Perhaps Mercy Monk?

Dexterity, most likely? Intelligence, from the books, probably.
Lowest Stat
Charisma, this stat is based on force of personality.
Extra
No extra details because I'm on a call right now, but, I would love to RP with this character someday if you were ever interested! Maybe not with one of my OCs, but gladly with one of my canon/AU muses.

So, I was originally going to suggest Variant Human or Lizardfolk for the dinosaur part, but then I remembered it was specifically a Dilophosaurus, so I thought Yuan-Ti would be fitting! It's not a dinosaur, but it does have that basic 'poisonous reptile' vibe, being related to snakes.
Class
So, I wasn't sure what to do here because there's no mention of any fighting, so I have to go off of the dinosaur part alone! I suggest Mutant Blood Hunter, Lycan Blood Hunter (you can flavor it as dinosaurs), or the Primeval Druid.

Now, I tried searching their profile and could not for the life of me figure out what kind of god they were other than the 'Shores' part, so I'm going to assume some kind of Ocean bit. So, I'm going to do Tempest Cleric and Fathomless Warlock - mostly because I was to suggest Pact of the Chain for the familiar! I also considered some kind of Wizard for the college part. Also, the multiclass should be pretty easy because Cleric and Warlock are both Charisma casters.

Charisma seeing as that's force of personality which I imagine is very hard to sway a god. I would also put Constitution up there.

For the familiar, I would suggest having them as a retainer with the Noble background, or use Find Familiar... Magic Initiate is a good feat to get that immediatley, I did it for my pokemon trainer D&D character.

So, from the description there was nothing alluding to anything about fighting so I'll have to make some assumptions. You were pretty specific about there being no magic, so I'll take that as a hint to give her something melee based. Might I reccommend: Echo Knight Fighter, Soulknife Rogue, or maybe some kind of Ranger?

So, D&D doesn't have an official dog race that doesn't have some funny specific stuff on it. I can suggest the Khenra, possibly, but they're never seen without a twin. Maybe it was one of the family members who died and that can push the story further, seeing as their family bond was broken? The only other one I can suggest is Leonin but reflavored.
Class
Streamer and writer... I can work with this. Honestly any kind of bard works, based on what kind of stories Wendel likes to specifically tell. But as the catch-all, Eloquence Bard should do it. I'd also like to suggest Tragedy Bard, though. I also feel like he could have a Scout Rogue multiclass in there somewhere, or maybe even Twilight Cleric.

He doesn't feel like a Strength build to me, so Strength.

For the punk rock theme, I think Glamored Studded Leather is a good magic item for him!

I swear there was a better robot race but I must be remembering wrong. I know Critical Role has the Aeormaton, but in classic D&D we'lol just have to go with Warforged.
Class
So, keeping on the creepy aspect, let's see what I can do here. Immediatley I'm saying Shadow Sorcerer, due to it being innate and born with them. There's also stuff that gives you dark vision and the ability to shut out the lights on other people. I might suggest Great Old One Warlock, too, but note that Warlocks get their magic from a patron. Also, there's something you can do called a 'Coffelock'! Being a Warforged makes this even more scary - read about it here.

Now, it might feel weird saying Charisma here, but what a lot of people forget is that Intimidation is a Charisma skill. Also, this is important if you go Sorc or Warlock, because they're both Charisma casters.
