since this thread went up, wyvernbites and I have talked more and they have agreed to a larger refund that im much more comfortable with taking, and this issue is now fully resolved!

That's really horrible that had to happen to you. If anything, I would suggest posting this in said chat. You are acknowledging that you weren't exactly professional, but they aren't acknowledging that they threatened you, essentially scammed you, lacked in communication throughout the situation, and painted you to be the bad guy, all the while being petty and dramatic based on this situation. They said the things they said to get you more upset, and essentially make it easier to accuse you of threatening them. And based on the last couple of posts, I wouldn't be surprised if they went ahead and posted it anyway. Hope this helps, sorry if it doesn't.

Since this is a business matter at hand, I don't think it's really appropriate to be posting their private twitter in this PSA. ;w;/ Other than that I hope everything pans out okay in the end for both of you.

AscheRune It looks like a personal twitter to me because of the types of posts and there are no links to it on Wyvern's art accounts so I'd definitely assume it's more of a private/personal account.

Taiyaki i'd heavily disagree WRT appropriateness of posting their personal twitter. i feel like it has its place. you never know when someone could push commissions on their personal account, or swap to twitter entirely for business. it's important in these kinds of PSAs to know exactly who you're dealing with and where they're located. leaving their personal twitter out would just make it easier for them to get away with this sort of behavior in the future.
that, and i swear i've seen personal twitters and other social media posted in other PSAs before. so it doesn't feel fair to make an exception this time just because the parties involved used to be friends.

also: @//Weightless is another account run by this person.

vampyric They have a separate twitter made specifically for their art and business affairs than their personal. Personally, I believe business and personal life should be separate from one another as Wyvernbites has done through the use of a personal twitter. I don't know either of the parties involved in this situation, but personal accounts shouldn't be shared due to a business matter regardless of the people involved's previous relationship. I've written a PSA about someone I was friends with as well, but outing their personal account(s) feels more emotionally charged than business related especially since it's likely that Pajuxi wouldn't even know about the personal account if they hadn't been friends in the first place. Were the roles reversed and Wyvern was releasing a personal account of Pajuxi's, I would feel the same.

Please don't @ me <3 This is purely my opinion on the matter and I don't want to discuss it further
